Meditation is the ancient art of stilling the mind through breathing exercises and intentional focus on the present moment. It can help with concentration, reducing stress and solving life's issues. When we meditate on a problem our mind often comes up with the answer we were looking for. I use creative methods, including sound, guided meditation and oracle cards, to take you on a beautiful journey of the mind.
